PROVISION OF GOODS
Our Online Store contains a number of different products available to buy online, all products listed in the store are made available only while stocks last. If an ordered product should be out of stock or a delay encountered in ordering in a stocked item; the buyer will be notified by email as soon as possible. All products and services listed on our website are written-up to the best of our ability and in accordance with manufacturers specifications of individual articles, IT Square accepts no responsibility for mismatched or indifferent specifications or descriptions which were obtained from manufacturers website, or of an inability of goods to function as stated when in conjunction with non-IT-Square provided articles. IT Square takes no responsibility for incorrect, unknowledged or unsafe installation of parts and/or components purchased by buyers, and in turn shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or injury caused by such acts conducted by a buyer, or on a buyers behalf.

TRANSIT OF GOODS
All our larger components and related IT articles are sent via Registered Parcel Post through Australia Post, IT Square shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, injury, or any other claim arising from incidents which occur relating to a parcel in transit whilst in the care of the transit carrier service used to deliver the goods. Claims of damage to goods will be followed up and claimed with Australia Post. Where transit service of goods is deemed not possible by Australia Post, transit outages occur, or any other situation arises which would delay or in any way hinder the arrival of goods; a suitable alternative carrier will be used in its place to transit the goods.

SUBMITTING BANNERS, BUSINESS CARDS OR OTHER MATERIAL FOR USE ON OUR WEBSITE
Content such as graphic, textual or other content provided to us is the sole responsibility of the submitter.
